A 10x10 vendor space is $50. This fee includes us stuffing 200 give away bags with your business information and/or samples. Electricity and water is not provided. If you are unable to attend but would still like your business information in the bags we can do this for a $10 donation. All fees and materials must be received one week prior to the market.

Vendors must be in compliance with all City of Peoria vendor regulations. www.peoriaaz.com. All vendors must provide proof of licensing and insurance (if applicable). This must be on display at the market event. Any non profit vendor must have a 501c3 certificate, also on display. Momma's Organic Market also requires a signed application and liabilty release form. Please send this with your payment and business information.

The day of the market set up may begin one hour prior to start time. Clean up begins promptly at the end of the market. You will be directed to a vendor space upon arrival. Vendors will recieve a vehicle window pass to be allowed to enter and exit the barricaded market areas before and after the market for loading and unloading only.Vehicles are NOT allowed in the barricaded areas during market hours. This is for your safety and the safety of other shoppers. Please park outside the blocked off areas.

Vendors please bring:
- 10x10 pop up tent
-table(s)
- chair(s)
- your products and materials
- battery operated fan recommended during warm weather
- warm clothing recommended during cooler weather
-proof of licensing and insurance (if applicable)


The market is meant to promote unique products and services in support of our local community.
Vendor spaces for the following month can not be booked until after the current market. Vendors who are present at the last market have first choice to be at the next market.
